Some Wells Fargo Protesters today in San Francisco. While most Occupy anarchists continue to fuss about camping sites and the next big media fest, a broad coalition of citizen organizations came together to protest Wells foreclosure fraud and other "Wall Street" issues. I think positive change will come from mainline Americans and not fringe ideologues. The real work is to organize the 99% who don't have camping gear and esoteric manifestos: the folks who believe in the Republic but have been crushed by the oligarchy that runs this country. Not quite in these words, of course:) Time to talk about the real pain of joblessness; poverty; foreclosure and the farce of austerity. Balance the budget on the backs of those who created the deficit and that sure as hell isn't the battered middle and impoverished classes. Expect no help from Obama and the Dems as well as the GOP.
