Everything changes and nothing changes. Same racist conflict that's been going on for centuries. In WWII Japan beat up on China (really nasty business). Now the Chinese are boiling the hate broth. Global markets. Ancient walls of hate crumbling in the face of "free markets." Germany has reestablished dominance in Europe with the Euro. Irrationality rules the world; chaos is the heart of the universe. Remember this and things begin to make sense.
